Background: Started in LAs in the late 1960s – still remembers Tom Kelly running around so is nearly as old
as he looks! Like many coaches, got back into athletics as a hobby and by coaching his own children
initially and because there is gap/lack of high jump coaches.
Most of Daryl's professional sport experience has been with AFL football.
